All from my incredible studio that has a very little footprint in my music room. I'm new to this type of recording, as far as engineering and producing myself, but the learning curve will be worth it when I can churn out my music in the quickest time possible, and have the super audio quality that our top producers of today's music can generate. Now, I have all that capability and more at my fingertips. We have come a long way from the old Teak 4 track that the Beatles used, and the 2 inch tape that I had the honor to work with in top studios in Nashvilee, primarily Sound Stage and Woodland sound. Now, from my own home I will be able to produce commercial quality CD's of my music, and share my music with the world from my laptop.

The Studio One Artist is very capable, but I already know I want all the features of the Professional version, so I'll be upgrading and probably taking advantage of the 1/2 off bundle of PreSonus Studio One Professional and Notion. The 1/4" headphone jack on the back also feels solid. Using a guitar cable and a mic cable, both of the preamp jacks on the front feel solid. The pots feel solid with fine incremental detents giving a mild ratchet feel as you turn them. Solid metal chassis, with quality jacks and pots. The AudioBox is much more solid than the pictures here might have you expecting. Recording the same guitar from the AudioBox preamp is as good, if not better, than the interface Fender put in their amp.
